President Wayne Duerkes called the meeting to order at 4:00 pm.
Ken Poris moved to approve the minutes as mailed, seconded by Judy Mazion motion carried.
Treasurer Ken Poris reported $1565.50 in the General Account
President Wayne Duerkes reported $529.00 in the Political Activities Account.

Trophy money still needs to be collected. Contact Jim Gerlick (498.2041)

President Wayne asked Merlin Milligan if the three positions on the Planning Zoning Committee had been filled. Merlin said that if anyone was interested to send a letter of interest to the Village and they would be conducting interviews in the near future.

Advertising was discussed.

By-pass was brought up and discussed. Suggestions are still being sought to save the downtown area.

Car Show will be discussed at the March meeting.

Christmas was discussed. A number of questions were brought up. Bring your ideas to the March meeting.

The Comprehensive Plan was discussed. A number of questions were brought up with no action taken.
